McDonough Announces Commencement Schedules for 2020 and 2022 Graduates
Georgetown’s McDonough School of Business is pleased to announce the May 2022 Commencement schedule:
Class of 2022
Thursday, May 19
2 p.m. — Senior Convocation, McDonough Arena
Friday, May 20
10 a.m. — Undergraduate Tropaia Exercises, Gaston Hall
11:30 a.m. — Undergraduate Commencement Reception, PwC Plaza, Hariri Building
3 p.m. — McDonough School of Business Commencement (Undergraduate and Graduate), Healy Lawn*
5:30 p.m — Graduate Commencement Reception, PwC Plaza, Hariri Building**
Sunday, May 22
9 a.m. — Baccalaureate Mass, Healy Lawn (Rain location: McDonough Arena)
10:45 a.m. — Commencement Brunch, Leavey Center Ballroom
* In the event of rain, the ceremony will be split into two so that we can accommodate our graduates’ families and friends in the McDonough Arena. In that case, the undergraduate ceremony will take place at 3 p.m. as scheduled. The graduate ceremony will begin at 5:30 p.m. The commencement speaker will deliver the same address at both ceremonies.
**** If the rain plan is executed, the graduate reception will begin at 7:30 p.m.

Saturday, May 28
9 a.m. — Undergraduate Commencement Ceremony, Healy Lawn*
3 p.m. — Graduate Commencement Ceremony, Healy Lawn*
5 p.m. — Reception for Graduate Programs
9 p.m. — Senior Ball for Undergraduate Class of 2020
Sunday, May 29
10 a.m. — Baccalaureate Mass, Healy Lawn
Following Baccalaureate Mass, graduates and their families are invited for brunch and refreshments on the Leavey Center Esplanade.
* In the event of rain, the ceremony will take place in the McDonough Arena.
