Matthew Fleming

Having held positions with HealthEquity, Synchrony Financial, the International Monetary Fund, U.S. Department of Defense, and others, Matthew H. Fleming is a professor at Georgetown University, with the McDonough School of Business and McCourt School of Public Policy, and a board member with Voices for Children, a Maryland-based not-for-profit child advocacy organization. Fleming has previously served as president of the board (and longtime board member) of the Ellicott City Partnership; nonresident fellow with New America; advisor to both the Tech Council of Maryland and the Washington Cyber Roundtable; and a member of project teams and expert groups for the World Economic Forum, President's National Security Telecommunications Advisory Committee, and Prime Minister's Delivery Unit in the UK. He holds a Ph.D. in Public Policy from University College London; a Master of Public Policy from the University of Michigan (Ann Arbor); and a B.A. in American Studies from Yale University.
