Seyoung Park is an Assistant Professor of Accounting at the McDonough School of Business, Georgetown University. Her research focuses on how corporate disclosures and accounting information play roles in the capital markets. She is principally interested in how informed traders’ information affects corporate management decisions, Special Purpose Acquisition Companies (SPACs), and ESG issues.
