Shye Gilad

Shye Gilad has educated and coached thousands of students, executives, entrepreneurs, and airline pilots to successful outcomes and led multiple startups in the air transportation and education industries. He is passionate about leadership, innovation, and life-long learning.

Shye serves as a Professor of The Practice (new window) at Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business, where he earned an MBA in international business. He is a co-founder of ProJet Aviation (new window), an award-winning aviation hospitality company, and a former airline captain with a BS in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.

Shye is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) (new window) member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and the founder and principal of Creating Lift Leadership (new window), a professional education firm dedicated to elevating the performance of executives, entrepreneurs, and the organizations they lead. 

As co-host of Business Owners Radio (new window), Shye shares insights, strategies, and practices from top business educators and experts, to help entrepreneurs build meaningful, valuable businesses.
