The Kosoy Women in Business program is a selective cohort-based initiative that equips McDonough School of Business undergraduate students with personalized support, career development, and industry-specific guidance needed to achieve professional excellence in business.

This selective, cohort-based initiative equips McDonough School of Business undergraduate students with personalized support, career development resources, and industry-specific guidance to confidently navigate gender dynamics and achieve professional excellence in business. Participants join a small, engaged cohort of approximately 15 students and gain access to mentor-led small groups, professional development workshops, and meaningful networking opportunities with alumni and industry leaders.
Eligibility: This program is open to rising sophomores and juniors in the McDonough School of Business who will be on campus for the full academic year and available for Friday programming.

For the 2026-2027 cohort, approximately 15 students will be selected to create an intimate, high-impact learning community. Participants will engage in mentor-led small groups, industry-specific career workshops, professional skill development, and exclusive networking opportunities with business leaders.
The program’s goal is to promote the success of women in business, and Georgetown welcomes applications from all eligible students (see above) who are interested in contributing to that objective.
