Kosoy Women in Business Program
The Kosoy Women in Business is a cohort-based initiative that provides tactical and strategic leadership development for McDonough School of Business undergraduate students to advance topics related to women in the workplace.
Applications for the 2024-2025 cohort are now closed
The pilot program will serve a small cohort of undergraduate students who will meet throughout the academic year for skill-building workshops, speaker series, site visits, dinners, and other opportunities to learn from top business executives about their perspectives on gender in the workplace and beyond. The program will cover topics such as self-advocacy, negotiation, personal finance, and more to emphasize tangible and practical skill-building alongside leadership and professional development.

Participation Requirements
- To be eligible for this program, applicants must be current McDonough undergraduate students
- Students of any gender identity and diverse backgrounds are encouraged to apply
Application Process
To apply to the Kosoy program, submit a resume and answer the following essay prompts on the application form by April 10, 2024.

- What is one goal you have for the next year of your life? How would participating in this program help you achieve that goal?

- What topics would you like to see addressed during the program? (100 words max)
Select applicants will then be invited to a brief informal interview.

There will be ongoing opportunities to engage with the Kosoy program for speaking and workshop events on campus so that all students, regardless of their admission to the program, may participate in these important conversations.
