Kosoy Women in Business Program
The Kosoy Women in Business program is a selective cohort-based initiative that equips McDonough School of Business undergraduate students with personalized support, career development, and industry-specific guidance needed to achieve professional excellence in business.
Applications for the 2025-2026 Kosoy Women in Business program are now closed.
For the 2025-2026 cohort, 15 students will be selected to create an intimate, high-impact learning community. Participants will engage in mentor-led small groups, industry-specific career workshops, professional skill development, and exclusive networking opportunities with business leaders. Although program experiences are targeted for cohort members, events hosted on Georgetown’s Hilltop campus are open to all undergraduate students.
