Finish this sentence: Georgetown gave me…

… a global perspective. The program at McDonough has really succeeded in broadening the minds of its students and providing a global business mindset.

Did you have a Global Business Experience here at Georgetown?

In February I am going to Copenhagen to participate in a case competition with other McDonough students. There will be 11 universities from across the world sending teams.

What moment made you proudest to be a Hoya?

Aside from athletics? I’d say I felt proudest to be a Hoya when I had my summer experience in New York City, interning in banking. It was my first time working with successful Hoya alumni. It showed me the strong alumni network we have outside of the front gates and how much our alumni have achieved.

What is your favorite spot on campus and why?

I love Red Square. That’s where you’ll see all of the campus activities. There’s always a wide variety of people, clubs, and organizations congregating there. It allows you to see a multitude of different Georgetown perspectives.

What has been your favorite class and why?

International Markets with Professor Skuba. It truly encapsulated the global perspective Georgetown McDonough tries to engender in its students. Professor Skuba provided me with a broader perspective on foreign business than I’ve ever experienced before.
