Executive Committee Member Michael G. Psaros (B’89)
Michael Psaros is a co-founder and co-managing partner of KPS Capital Partners, LP (“KPS”), a leading global private equity firm, and a member of its investment committee. KPS is the manager of KPS Special Situations Funds, a family of private equity funds with approximately $11.4 billion of assets under management (as of March 31, 2020) focused on making controlling equity investments in companies across a diverse range of manufacturing industries.
Psaros received a B.S. from Georgetown University and attended Sofia University in Tokyo, Japan.
Psaros and his spouse created the Michael and Robin Psaros Endowed Chair in Business Administration at Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business in 2013. He also serves as the vice chairman of the Executive Board of Advisors of Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business and the Board of Advisors of the Georgetown University Center for Financial Markets and Policy.
