Out@MSB Prospective Student’s Day
The MBA Admissions Team and current students from Out@MSB invited prospective students to Georgetown McDonough’s Out@MSB Prospective MBA Students Day. Students shared about life as an LGBTQIA+ student on the Hilltop.
MBA Prospective Women’s Day with GWIB
Georgetown University’s Graduate Women in Business (GWiB) hosts a Prospective MBA Women’s Day. Recent alumni shared their experience with MBA Admissions and the Career Center. The event also presented opportunities to connect with current MBA women. Optional, in-person current student panel and a coffee networking event with GWiB followed the morning’s virtual programming.
Focus on Diversity
MBA Admissions hosts their annual Focus on Diversity event. This signature event engages top-performing women, U.S. underrepresented minorities, and LGBTQ+ students with our inclusive Full-time and Flex MBA community.
The event was kicked off by our keynote speaker, Alicia Petross, Chief Diversity Officer at The Hershey Company.

Featuring a discussion on the changing role of women in sports and how teams are responding creatively with a growing female fan base. Four influential women conquering the business of professional sports: Sarah Crennan, head of content for Yahoo Sports; Nancy Huubacker, vice president of sales and marketing, Washington Football Team; Patty Pierre-leonardi, owner of PMSI; and Rebecca Winn, vice president of marketing for the Washington Wizards, share their insights.
