Within the listed categories, McDonough placed fourth in international programs and 11th in real estate programs.

“We are proud to see our program named among the top in the nation in the U.S. News & World Report’s ranking, which reflects our commitment to empowering students to thrive in an increasingly changing world,” said Sudipta Dasmohapatra, senior associate dean for MBA programs. “Through our rigorous curriculum, hands-on experiential learning, and unrivaled access in Washington, D.C., and around the world, the Georgetown MBA prepares graduates to lead with integrity on the global stage.”

U.S. News considers assessments by other business school deans in their rankings, as well as admissions and employment data from 2024.

In the school’s most recent MBA Employment Report, 88.8% of students in the Full-time Class of 2024 received a job offer within three months of graduation, with a median salary of $148,000 and an average signing bonus of $33,854.

Through a values-based approach to business, the Georgetown MBA program continues to innovate and offer new opportunities to students. The recently launched Small Business Corps (SBC) program pairs students with small enterprises in under-resourced communities across the Washington, D.C, region through customized, project-based consulting. McDonough also launched the Business of Health Initiative, building on the school’s commitment to healthcare through programs like the MBA Certificate in the Business of Healthcare and the MBA/MD dual degree program. Additionally, students interested in real estate have access to hands-on career support thanks to a new partnership with Jackson Lucas (JL), the Steers Center for Global Real Assets, and the McDonough Career Center.

“At the core of the Georgetown MBA program is the Jesuit value of cura personalis, or care for the whole person, which is reflected in the vibrant community that extends across our Full-time, Flex, and Flex Online MBA programs,” Dasmohapatra said. “Our students foster a collaborative and supportive environment, where they form lifelong connections. The transformational and holistic educational experience that defines the Georgetown MBA contributes to our consistent ranking achievements.”
