Devin is a Managing Director in J.P. Morgan’s M&A Department and is Head of Tech SIG M&A. He has more than 20 years of experience advising clients on M&A issues across the Technology, Media, and Communications sectors. Devin has advised on more than $200 billion worth of transactions across the spectrum of M&A advisory work including: public / private, stock / asset, carve-outs, spins / splits, and minority deals. Before joining J.P. Morgan, he was a senior banker at Morgan Stanley, Lehman Brothers, and Jefferies. Prior to his investment banking career, Devin worked as a Management Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Devin holds an MBA from Georgetown University and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Clemson University.
