Frank J. Manzella is the Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and Strategy and Availity. He is a C-level executive responsible for all merger, acquisition and strategic activities for largest real-time healthcare network in the US and the leading healthcare technology and engagement platform for synthesizing and sharing critical health information. Manzella serves on the board of directors of RoverMed, a drug delivery company with nano-capsule technology capable of delivering drugs directly to the nucleus of infected cells. He is chairman of the Michael Manzella Foundation, a not-for-profit dedicated to education, cancer research, children’s causes and the arts. Manzella holds B.A., MBA, and J.D. degrees from Georgetown University.
