Gary Gadson

Gary is a telecom operations executive and organizational change agent with over 25 years of telecom experience in mobilizing people, technology, and processes to drive operational excellence, customer success, and business/technology transformation. Previously he has led the turnaround of a regional fiber broadband provider and generated a half billion in new service revenue and doubled digital technology adoption for AT&T.

Prior to joining ByVerTek, Gary served as interim CEO of Summit Broadband, a leading fiber-optics telecommunications provider in Orlando, Florida. During his 18-year tenure at AT&T, Gary held several key leadership roles of increasing responsibility in areas of mobility and financial operations, customer service, business strategy, software engineering, and technology management.

Gary earned a BS in Mathematics, graduating with honors from Bowie State University, an MS in electrical and computer engineering from Johns Hopkins University, and an MBA from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business.
