Jenni Kincaid

Jenni Kincaid is the founder of a boutique consultancy based in the United Arab Emirates,
specializing in purpose-driven leadership development and innovation consulting. With over 25 years of cross-sector experience and more than a decade residing in the Middle East, Jenni partners with leaders and institutions to build sustainable organizational capacity and future-ready teams.
 
A trusted advisor to ministries, universities and international organizations, Jenni’s hallmark is
translating complex systems thinking into practical strategies that accelerate impact. She has led
large-scale, multi-sector workforce development and technical and vocational education
transformations, including significant engagements with the UAE Military Qualification Framework Project and strategic collaborations between Vanderbilt University’s Peabody College and the Abu Dhabi government.
 
Recognized by the Emirate of Abu Dhabi as an education expert and holder of the UAE Golden Visa, Jenni blends a global perspective with local insight. Her credentials span three education systems: certified teacher, principal, and superintendent in the United States; qualified education assessor and verifier in the United Kingdom; and education expert status in the UAE. She holds a Doctor of Education in Leadership and Learning in Organizations from Vanderbilt University’s Peabody College of Education and Human Development.
