Judy Henry Scinto

Judy Henry Scinto is the director of program management within Custom Executive Education at Georgetown McDonough. Scinto leads the team that delivers tailored educational programming for custom executive education clients globally, which includes corporations, governments, and academic partnerships. Scinto’s role is to facilitate best-in-class program execution for Georgetown stakeholders in business and policy programming held onsite at McDonough, offsite internationally, and virtually.

Scinto has had over 25 years of professional experience working within the finance and education arenas as a collaborative team builder, relationship manager, and communications specialist. Prior to Georgetown, Scinto was on the faculty at Sacred Heart Greenwich, where she was the director of the Global Scholars Program, leading the curricular design, delivery, and teaching of a signature academic certificate program. Before that, Scinto worked for Goldman Sachs in equity sales on the European Shares Desk, providing tailored investment portfolio advice to global institutional clients. She also worked for the Federal Reserve Bank of New York as a senior financial analyst in the International Bank Supervision Group, involved with the regulatory compliance of complex foreign bank operations.

Scinto received her MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and her B.A. in Spanish and English Literature from Tufts University. Scinto also has received instructor certification from the Harvard Case Method Institute and completed DEI and dialogue training from the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change.
