Dr. Laura Aymerich-Franch is an international expert in behavioral transformation and the founder of Akazest, a science-backed approach to neuroleadership and behavioral strategy.

 

She has over 15 years of research experience at world-leading institutions, including Stanford University and the MIT Media Lab. She has led highly impactful research in the field of behavioral transformation with emerging technologies, also contributing to the scientific validation of coaching for well-being and goal achievement.

 

Having lived in Europe, America, Oceania, and Asia, Aymerich-Franch is currently based in the UAE as the founder of Akazest. Her approach to neuroleadership leverages insights from a wide range of behavioral sciences to guide her clients in training their mind-brain ecosystem for healthy success.
