Michelle Delanty is a leadership and career coach with Right Management and Georgetown’s Executive MBA Program. With an in-depth knowledge of the latest industry hiring strategies and a tireless drive for client career satisfaction, she helps individuals choose, change, develop, and transition into fulfilling careers and employment opportunities. She coaches individual clients and groups, addressing issues including self-awareness for career discernment, leadership development, networking, job search strategy, personal branding, resume development, LinkedIn optimization, interviewing, negotiating, and more.

Delanty’s background includes senior human resources and consulting roles, encompassing talent acquisition, leadership development, performance management, and employee relations. With a solid foundation of knowledge and skills in recruiting, career development, and organizational structures, she transitioned to career consulting in the outplacement industry with the global firm, Right Management. She has guided individual contributors, managers, and executives through career transitions in nearly every industry and functional role. She helps emerging and experienced leaders increase self-awareness, improve their ability to assess others, leverage existing strengths, build productive relationships, and develop high performing teams.

She earned master’s and bachelor’s degrees in psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and James Madison University. Delanty is a certified coach with the International Coaching Federation.
