Steve Fortier serves as the Chief Operating Officer for Latin America under KPMG’s One Americas initiative. As COO, Steve works closely with regional and cross-functional leaders and the KPMG member firms’ senior partners driving region-wide transformation, including the strategy and deployment of regional client service delivery centers and shared services; guides the execution of the One Americas Initiative; oversees the development and execution of regional investments and financial planning; and supports the execution of the region’s talent acquisition and integration strategy.
