Tatiana Koleva, President of Exela Enterprise Solutions, leads a dynamic & agile organization in the Business Services Outsourcing industry. Prior to Exela, Tatiana was Vice President at Novitex where she was also an equity partner focused on building up the business for successful exit.
Empowered by the learning and growth experience at the Georgetown McDonough Executive MBA program, Tatiana developed an entrepreneurial track record. She set up her own real estate development company in her home country of Bulgaria, which she successfully sold. She is an Inaugural Member of the CIRCLE at McDonough and stays actively engaged with students as she feels passionate about the impact the program has on developing global leaders.
Tatiana has a track record of delivering beyond expectations. She enjoys traveling globally, learning languages, spending time with family and friends and her Maltese Max.
