Tycely Williams, CFRE, is the Chief Development Officer for the Bipartisan Policy Center, a Washington, D.C. based think tank. Tycely previously served as the Chief Development Officer for the America’s Promise Alliance. An inclusive leader with two decades of experience in volunteer leadership, Tycely chairs the boards of The Nonprofit Alliance Foundation, and YWCA National Capital Area. She has led 27,000 members of the Association of Fundraising Professional’s (AFP) Global Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Access Initiative and is the founding chair of AFP’s Women’s Impact Initiative. She sits on the governing board of The Blackbaud Giving Fund, Rising Media Stars, and The Institute for Responsible Citizenship. She holds an Executive Masters in Leadership from The McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University, is a cum laude graduate of Wake Forest University with a BA in Communication with distinguished departmental honors and a minor in Journalism, and received a Public Leadership Credential from the Harvard Kennedy School.
