Kosoy Women in Business Program

The Kosoy Women in Business is a cohort-based initiative that provides tactical and strategic leadership development for McDonough School of Business undergraduate students to advance topics related to women in the workplace.

Applications for the 2024-2025 cohort are now closed

The first cohort of the Kosoy Women in Business program begins Fall 2024. The pilot program serves a cohort of undergraduate students who will meet throughout the academic year for skill-building workshops, speaker series, site visits, dinners, and other opportunities to learn from top business executives about their perspectives on gender in the workplace and beyond. The program will cover topics such as self-advocacy, negotiation, personal finance, and more to emphasize tangible and practical skill-building alongside leadership and professional development. Although program experiences are targeted for cohort members, events hosted on Georgetown’s Hilltop campus are open to all undergraduate students.
