Consortium Programs
Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business offers timely 3- to 5-day accelerated executive development programs that provide skill-building in specific areas of focus such as leadership, finance, management, marketing, strategy, and operations.
Senior- and mid-level executives who attend Georgetown's executive programs enhance their core skills through critical exploration of current business issues and return to work with strategies that produce immediate, tangible results in their organizations.
Drawing on Georgetown’s exceptional full-time faculty as well as industry and government experts, these programs foster a network of peers from a variety of industries, functional areas, and geographies. Students associate with a broad group of potential clients, customers, and partners. When confronted with new challenges, they are able to reconnect with faculty and classmates to find the right answers for their businesses. To ensure a dynamic learning environment, productive networking and close faculty interaction, consortium programs require 20 - 35 participants. We encourage organizations to send teams of 3 - 8 to maximize the benefits of the experience.
A number of programs are currently in development:
Global Business Diplomacy
Leading Change: Strategies for Recovery
Transformational Leadership
Negotiations and Persuasion
Finance and Accounting for the Non-Financial Manager
Business Skills for Undergraduates
