EMBA Tuition, Financial Aid, and Scholarships FAQs

Is an EMBA degree worth the cost?

While a traditional MBA prepares students for mid-level management roles, the Executive MBA trains students for the C-suite. Students learn the fundamentals of finance, strategy, management, marketing, and more from the perspective of the executive, and true to Georgetown’s longstanding tradition of exploring the intersection of business and policy, graduates are prepared to understand how nonmarket forces will affect their organization.

Because the program is designed for working professionals, Georgetown incorporates real-world experience into the curriculum. Our EMBA students complete a global consulting project and a global capstone, where they research an issue of interest to them. The career team also includes mentorship and executive coaching to prepare our EMBAs to advance their careers to the next level.

How do I finance my graduate business degree?
