Our coaches have work experience in vast industries such as consulting, (BCG, Deloitte, and McKinsey experience), life sciences, healthcare, engineering, military, the U.S. government and international policy, nonprofit, federal agencies, financial services, hospitality, tech, and more.

Students receive 1:1 coaching at a time that is convenient for the coach and student, beginning in the first month of school and throughout the program until graduation. Coaching support is also offered to alumni. If you’re an alum interested in coaching, please complete this form and our Assistant Dean will reach out to you and assign you a career coach.

Hemal K. Vaidya has been a pivotal force in fostering my professional growth throughout my EMBA journey. His adeptness at delivering constructive criticism is complemented by his skillful coaching in cultivating a positive mindset, embracing possibilities, aligning with personal values, bolstering self-esteem, and exuding a resolute can-do attitude. His mentorship has proven indispensable in propelling me toward an elevated version of myself that I aspired to present to the world.
