How SBC Works

- Project scoping: If there’s a good fit, our team will meet with your team to define project objectives, deliverables, timeline, and resource requirements to ensure a clear plan of action.
- Team matching: We will then assign a diverse team of students with relevant skills and expertise to match the client’s needs and project specifications.
- Project delivery: The project will then be executed by conducting research, analyzing data, and implementing solutions while maintaining communication and flexibility.
- Results measurement: Even after the project ends, we continue to evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge the impact of the consulting engagement and provide actionable insights for ongoing improvement.
