“The breadth of experiences and perspectives our MSBA students bring to the table greatly enriches the learning environment at Georgetown McDonough,” said Nita Swinsick, associate dean of Graduate and Executive Degree Programs Admissions. “Through synchronous online courses and engaging in-person residencies, students will both learn from one another and develop a deeper understanding of data-driven issues, which will prepare them to excel in an increasingly interconnected world.”

Recently ranked as one of the top two programs in the nation by Fortune, Georgetown’s MSBA delivers a comprehensive curriculum designed specifically for technology-enhanced learning, characterized by close-knit cohorts, a dedicated career services team, and flexibility for working professionals seeking to balance their education with work and personal commitments. The program also expanded access for international students this spring.

During the 16-month program, students master how to drive value-based decisions by combining leading-edge analytics and critical business skills. The program includes a combination of synchronous and asynchronous coursework with two seven-day, campus-based residencies that provide hands-on activities, a capstone project, and collaborations with industry leaders such as Amazon to educate students about cloud computing platforms.

The December Class of 2023 achieved top career outcomes in their post-graduate roles, earning an average base salary of $123,268 and an average salary increase of 38%.
