M.S. in Global Real Assets: Transforming Real Estate Education

Build a Real Estate Career That Makes an Impact

From high temperatures and extreme droughts to extended tornado seasons and massive hurricanes, these environmental shifts profoundly impact the real estate industry. Therefore, developing, investing in, and managing real assets is crucial to meet the needs of today’s society.

As a broader definition of the built environment, real assets, goes beyond real estate to include infrastructure such as transportation, digital, social, and alternative energy as investments.

Real estate investors see ESG (environmental, social, and governance) issues as crucial for improving investment performance, and are in search of visionary thinkers who grasp the emerging trends in real estate. For this reason, we designed our M.S. in Global Real Assets program to give students an edge in building a career at the intersection of real assets and ESG issues. This program will uniquely prepare you to understand the new real estate landscape and make you highly competitive in the job market.
