Agrawal Earns Management Science’s Best Paper Award
Assistant Professor of Operations and Information Management, Vishal Agrawal, won the 2014 Management Science Best Paper in Operations Management Award for his paper, titled “Is Leasing Greener than Selling?”
The award, which he earned with co-authors Beril Toktay, Mark Ferguson, and Valerie Thomas, recognizes papers published in Management Science in 2012-2014.
The annual award is given to a paper that the Manufacturing & Service Operations Management Society deems most deserving for its contribution to the theory and practice of operations management.
A member of the faculty since 2010, Agrawal’s research interests include sustainable operations, new product development, and supply chain management.
