What are your post-graduate plans?

I will be working as an investment associate at the venture capital firm, Greenspring Associates.

What is your favorite memory or proudest moment from your time at Georgetown?

Competing in Fight Night during fall 2019. What an awesome event. Hopefully, it comes back next year.

What is one of the most important lessons you have learned while at Georgetown?

Be open to everything, because opportunities come from unexpected places. A by-chance recommendation to join the Entrepreneurship and Venture Capital club during the first week of the program led me on a path that provided me both my internship and post-MBA job. From observation of others, those who come into the program hyper-focused on what they think their path is miss out on opportunities and end up regretting not being more open minded

Is there a particular person that helped shape your Georgetown experience into what it is today?

Professor J. Bradford Jensen. As my cohort’s SGI teacher, Professor Jensen set the standard for us academically during pre-term. I think that the quality of instruction at Georgetown McDonough is what sets the school apart, and Professor Jensen was the perfect person to initiate that instruction for me.

What was your favorite class?

Regression Analysis. It’s not the most interesting course, but it is an incredibly powerful tool that can distinguish you from others if you understand how to use it.

What are you most looking forward to as an alumna?

Interacting with the current students and helping them as they work towards their future careers.

Anything else you’d like to share about your story?

As a proud alumnus of Georgetown Prep high school, I have always seen myself returning to the Georgetown community as a student at the University, even though I did not study here as an undergraduate. I am extremely thankful for the opportunity to attend Georgetown McDonough, and proud to call myself a Hoya.
