Becca Kronenbitter M.Ed., NCC, CPRW (she / her) is a solution-focused executive career coach, resume writer, and business owner with 15 years of editing and career strategy coaching experience. Having earned her M.Ed. in Counseling and Career Development from Colorado State University in 2016, she has been a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) since 2017 and a Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW) since 2022.
With 10 years of experience in higher education, Becca launched her career counseling career at Cornell University Career Services, spent four years coaching Engineers at Colorado State University, and ran the University of Vermont College of Engineering Career Readiness program for two years. She has facilitated resume, job search strategy, interview preparation, and salary negotiation lessons and coaching sessions for organizations including General Assembly, Adecco, Wounded Warrior Project, 4-H, community colleges, and nonprofits.

She loves writing, editing, and designing resumes, and helps update, optimize, and modernize application materials to competitively reflect expertise.
