Darren Wolf is the Global Head of Multi-Asset and Alternative Investment Solutions (“MAAIS”) at Aberdeen. The MAAIS franchise has a global footprint, with local expertise across the US, UK and Asia. The business is comprised of a collection of complementary underlying investment capabilities, spanning both public and private markets as well as alternative and traditional asset classes. The central expertise of the MAAIS franchise is the team’s ability to deliver a range of outcome oriented and bespoke solutions for our clients, with research as a core driver of our value-proposition.
Darren joined Aberdeen via the acquisition of Arden Asset Management LLC in 2015, where he was the Director of Research and a member of Arden’s Investment Committee. Previously, Darren was on the Investment Committee and the Head of Research at Robeco-Sage Investment Management, where he joined as a member of the investment team in 2001.
Darren is a graduate of Yeshiva University's Sy Syms School of Business where he earned a B.S in Finance. Darren also attended Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business, successfully completing the LEAD Executive Education program. Darren is a CFA charter holder, a member of the CFA Society of New York and is an Adjunct Professor of Finance at Georgetown University’s McDonough School of business.
