Dawson Kaaua is an assistant professor in the Operations and Information Management Area at the McDonough School of Business. He conducts empirical studies in operations management, using both experimental and quasi-experimental techniques. His research in both the public and private sectors focuses on improving customer experiences in service settings and increasing fairness in operations. Prior to academia, Dawson worked in consulting, institutional investment, education, and retail.
