Dr. Nategh is an Assistant Teaching Professor of Operations and Analytics at McDonough School of Business, Georgetown University. Her research focuses on developing machine learning algorithms for data-driven decision making, with applications to crowdsourcing, sharing economy (on-demand platforms), pricing, and healthcare. She has taught business analytics, database development & management, digital technologies and analytics, customer analytics, supply chain analytics, programming III: massive data, business statistics, applied product management, managerial statistics, global supply chain management, and operations at Full-time MBA, Flex MBA, MSBA, M.S. in Management, and undergraduate programs.
She has remarkable contributions to the OPAN major and her exceptional performance has earned her an invitation to join the prestigious OMEGA RHO® International Honor Society for Operations Research and Management Science.
Before joining Georgetown University, Dr. Nategh spent five years as a NLP/ML scientist at Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center and two years as a research scientist scholar at Convoy Inc.
Dr. Nategh received her BSc and MSc degrees in Applied Mathematics from Sharif University of Technology, Iran, and second MSc degree in Marketing Analytics from University of Rochester. She completed her PhD in Operations Management at Foster School of Business, University of Washington.
