Jerome Romano

Jerome is a senior investment banker specializing in middle-market M&A and restructuring, with 27+ years of experience advising companies and financial sponsors on strategic and financing transactions. Completed transactions exceed $4.75 billion in aggregate value, spanning sell-side and buy-side M&A, debt and equity financings, restructurings, and fairness opinions.

Jerome leads TM Capital’s Building Products and Finance & Restructuring practices, with a deep advisory focus in glass fabrication and glazing, commercial and residential building products, consumer products, industrial manufacturing, and the retail and restaurant sectors. Jerome is recognized for executing complex domestic and cross-border assignments requiring an integrated blend of M&A, financing, and restructuring expertise.

Beyond client advisory work, Jerome serves as an Adjunct Professor at Georgetown University, teaching Mergers & Acquisitions at the McDonough School of Business, and as Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees at Canisius High School in Buffalo, NY. A past member of the Executive Committee and Board of ACG New York, he has been recognized with both the National ACG Meritorious Service Award and the M&A Advisor Top 40 Under 40 Award.

Outside of work, Jerome resides in the Boston metropolitan area with his wife and daughter and spends his free time travelling and cooking. Jerome remains an avid supporter of the Bills and Sabres.
