Lisa Mayr is the chief financial officer of Marigold, a global marketing technology company with over 40,000 customers. Mayr is a five-time CFO and has spent the majority of her 30-year career focusing on global technology and software companies such as Blackboard, MicroStrategy, INAP, and EverFi. Mayr also serves on a number of boards, including Flotek Industries and WorldStrides as well as STEM for Her, a nonprofit that fosters interest for women and girls in STEM-related careers. Mayr has an MBA from Georgetown University and an undergraduate degree from American University.
