Shiliang (John) Cui is a Professor of Operations and Analytics and Co-Director of the International Business, Language, and Culture (IBLC) Bachelor of Science Program at the McDonough School of Business of Georgetown University. He received his Ph.D. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 2014. His research focuses on process improvement in both products (particularly product design and supply chain strategies) and services (particularly innovative service mechanisms).
