How to ApplyGeorgetown’s M.S. in Global Real Assets is a 10-month program that combines real estate, infrastructure, global finance, and sustainability — preparing you to lead in a rapidly evolving market. Offered through Georgetown’s top-ranked business school and the Steers Center for Global Real Assets, the program features hands-on learning opportunities such as underwriting live deals.
Students gain access to exclusive career opportunities through a specialized real estate search firm partnership, personalized coaching, and scholarship opportunities. With a powerful industry network and targeted support, you’ll be ready to make an immediate impact in real estate, private equity, infrastructure, and energy.
Global Real Assets applicants now have access to 20 full-tuition scholarships, thanks to our partnership with the Steers Center for Global Real Assets. The Steers Scholars Program reflects a commitment from McDonough alumni to develop the next generation of leaders in real assets.
Real assets, a broader definition of the built environment, are defined as the raw materials and structures that drive economic growth. These include not only real estate and infrastructure assets, but also energy and the aspects facilitating the energy transition. We are witnessing the convergence of real estate and infrastructure in many dimensions throughout our lives, and investors seek innovative thinkers who can understand the new dynamics of the real assets investment marketplace.

Through a unique collaboration between Georgetown’s McDonough School of Business and the Steers Center for Global Real Assets, GRA students gain access to the school’s renowned business education and faculty expertise. They also benefit from the center’s network of influential leaders, exposure to global real estate companies, and intentional experiential programming. This includes a structured mentorship program with industry experts, guest lectures, and networking events.
