Michael Psaros is co-founder and co-managing partner of KPS Capital Partners, LP and a member of its investment committee. KPS Capital Partners is the manager of KPS Special Situations Funds, a family of private equity funds with approximately $5.4 billion of assets under management.
Psaros received a B.S. from Georgetown University and attended Sofia University in Tokyo, Japan. He and his wife, Robin, created The Robin and Michael Psaros Endowed Chair in Business Administration at Georgetown’s McDonough School of Business. He also serves on Georgetown’s Board of Directors and on the board of the Georgetown University Center for Financial Markets and Policy.
