Associate Dean and Managing Director, MBA Career Center
As the associate dean and managing director of the Georgetown MBA Career Center, Doreen Amorosa serves as the faculty liaison and is responsible for managing the MBA Career Center strategy and team direction, as well as student, faculty, alumni, and university relationships within the McDonough School of Business. In addition to these efforts, Amorosa manages recruiting strategies, networking opportunities, and employer relationship development globally.
Prior to her career at Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business, Amorosa served as the vice president for global recruitment and workforce planning at American Express, where she managed the recruitment strategy both within the United States and globally. Her experience also includes serving as the vice president of resourcing at ICI; director of talent acquisition at Avaya; and more than 20 years of experience working with Merrill Lynch, where she oversaw recruitment, staffing, diversity initiatives, and HR policy. Amorosa holds an MBA from Seton Hall University and earned a BSBA degree in management from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business. Throughout the last half of her corporate experience, Amorosa was a member of the McDonough School of Business Board of Advisors.
Assistant Dean, Technology, Media, Entertainment, and Sports Industries and Entrepreneurship
Industry Practice Leader
Eric leads relationship building with employers and students interested in the technology, media, entertainment, sports, and manufacturing and transportation industries. He also coaches entrepreneurship students. Eric joined the Georgetown MBA Career Center following a 20-year international career at Accenture, where he began as a technology consultant and served in various human resources roles
across the United States, India, and Canada, ultimately responsible for leading career development and people initiatives for 15,000 individuals across Accenture's 12 corporate functions in 52 countries. Eric holds a B.A. in economics from the University of Maryland, an M.A. in organizational management from The George Washington University, and a certificate in corporate leadership from Georgetown University.

Director, Financial Services, Real Estate, and Hospitality Industries
Industry Practice Leader
Maureen Carpenter leads relationship building with employers and students interested in financial services, real estate and hospitality. Maureen joined the McDonough MBA Career Center from the NYU Stern Office of Career Development, where she was the director of relationship management, responsible for creating and expanding opportunities for Stern students by building strategic partnerships with diverse organizations.
Prior to joining Stern, Maureen was a vice president in operations at Credit Suisse Securities and Goldman, Sachs & Company where she specialized in oversight of core control functions, business process improvement, campus recruitment, project management, and staff development. Maureen received an MBA in finance from the Wharton School of Business and a B.A. in economics from Georgetown University.

Associate Director, Energy & Cleantech, Government, Not-for-Profit/Social Impact, and International Development Industries
Industry Practice Leader
Karen has a broad international consulting background primarily in human resources in both corporate and nonprofit organizations, most recently as an executive recruiter at the World Bank. Throughout her career – which has spanned temporary staffing, executive search, private sector, multinational and outplacement companies – Karen has specialized in recruitment and training.
Fluent in French, her global perspective has been enhanced by experiences as a host family, university exchange student, and expatriate. Karen holds a master’s degree in international commerce and policy from George Mason University and a bachelor’s degree from the College of William and Mary. Karen is the co-founder of the Benin Education Fund (BEF), a 501(c)3 organization that supports needy students in West Africa.

Associate Director, Consulting Industry
Industry Practice Leader
Larry leads relationship building with employers and students interested in consulting. He joined the Georgetown MBA Career Center following a 22-year career as an officer in the U.S. Army, more than seven years in consulting with Booz Allen Hamilton, and subsequently as the executive director of a nonprofit organization. Highlights of his military service included being assigned to the staff and faculty at the United States Military Academy at West Point, New York, and commanding a tank battalion at Fort Knox, Kentucky.
At Booz Allen Hamilton, he led interdisciplinary teams of consultants on contracts within the human capital and health markets and was very involved with employee recruiting. Larry holds a B.S. from the United States Military Academy, an M.A. in international policy studies from Stanford University, and an MPA from Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government. He also completed a change management certification program at Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business.

Associate Director, Consumer Goods & Retail, Healthcare, and Manufacturing & Transportation Industries

Angela focuses on careers in consumer packaged goods, healthcare, and retail. She spent her 15-year career in marketing working internationally and domestically for companies like Procter & Gamble, Kraft (Nabisco), GlaxoSmithKline, and Capital One, where she managed brands and created new products and services. Angela earned a B.S. in electrical engineering from George Washington University and an MBA in marketing and management from New York University, where she was a Consortium Fellow.

Associate Director, Employer Development
Employer Development & Alumni Coaching
As associate director, Diana focuses on employer development and alumni and functional coaching. She brings more than 20 years of experience in corporate America serving in a variety of roles with escalating responsibility at Reuters America, Bowne Financial Services, and most recently American Express. At Amex, Diana was vice president of global consulting, leading a team responsible for executing strategic engagements for Fortune 500 firms. Diana earned a BBA from Baruch College, and an MBA from Kellogg Graduate School of Business, Northwestern University.

Associate Director, MBA Career Curricula and Communications
Career Curricula & Communication
As associate director, Daniel designs and executes a set of comprehensive and effective career curricula to ensure that MBA students are employer-ready in the competitive global recruiting environment. He also drives and strategically advances the mission of the MBA Career Center by developing communication strategies to impact a diverse set of internal and external audiences. Prior to Georgetown, Daniel was an executive coach in the areas of leadership, communication, and presentation. He’s partnered with senior leaders across the Fortune 500 including Bank of America Merrill Lynch, McDonald’s, Estee Lauder, Kimberly-Clark, Prudential, and Insight.
Daniel received an MBA from the Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University and a B.A. in communications, law, economics, and government from American University.

Senior Manager, Strategic Operations
As senior manager of strategic operations, Beth provides strategic, operational inputs at both the department and cross-department levels. Her role oversees critical MBA Career Center recruiting operations, annual media and rankings reporting, and student data collection and analysis. Beth’s career has spanned across operations and finance in both Fortune 500 corporations and smaller boutique firms. Prior to Georgetown, Beth worked as the director of finance and operations at a D.C. nonprofit that focuses on education reform. She earned a B.A. from Furman University in Greenville, South Carolina, and an MBA from Georgetown's McDonough School of Business.

Assistant Director/Manager, Data and Business Intelligence
As the manager of data and business intelligence, Conant is responsible for the administration of MBA Career Center knowledge systems, data, and user support. This position creates actionable intelligence from student and employer data to help the Career Center provide the most efficient and effective career services. Prior to joining Georgetown, Conant worked for the consulting firm InScope International, where he was responsible for all market and competitor analysis.
A native of Salisbury, Connecticut, he earned a B.A. in history and government from Cornell University and expects to earn an MBA from Georgetown’s McDonough School of Business in 2018.

As a recruitment coordinator, Monika manages logistics and provides support in the areas of recruitment coordination, event logistics, project management, and internal relations. Monika received her BSBA in marketing with a minor in sociology from Georgetown University. Her professional background includes startup business development, integrated marketing communications, and public relations.
Event and Recruitment Coordinator
As the event and recruitment coordinator, Jayne manages the logistics and operations for the MBA Career Center and supports recruiting and event activities. Her professional experience includes working in client services, event management, and marketing. Jayne is a recent graduate of American University, where she earned a B.A. in strategic communications and minored in business management.
