Associate Dean, MBA Programs
Dean Pace is responsible for achieving the strategic mission of the MBA Program Office at Georgetown’s McDonough School of Business, which is to create a transformational and overall exceptional experience for MBA students. In her role, Pace oversees student support services for the Full-time and Evening/Flex MBA Programs and works closely with the Program Office team to help guide academic advising and monitor students’ academic progress. She also drives initiatives focused on diversity and inclusion, gender equity, and leadership development. She is particularly focused on ensuring MBA students have opportunities for reflection and holistic growth while at McDonough. Pace has supported and advocated for graduate students at Georgetown University for over twenty years. She received a bachelor’s degree in religious studies and political science from Indiana University and a master’s degree in higher education from Louisiana State University.
Assistant Dean, Academic Affairs
Kahn is a program and student organization advisor and works with all academic advisors on policies and procedures, student communications, academic performance, and graduation. Prior to her arrival at Georgetown McDonough in 2014, Kahn worked for nearly 10 years at Johns Hopkins University’s School of Advanced International Relations in both student life and academic affairs. She began her career in academic affairs at Harvard University. Kahn received a bachelor’s in psychology and government from Dartmouth College and master’s in higher education from Harvard University. Kahn also holds an Executive Certificate in Strategic Diversity & Inclusion Management from Georgetown University School of Continuing Studies.She grew up in New Jersey, and enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, and watching tennis and baseball.
Erikson has worked at Georgetown University since 2016. She leads student organization operations and initiatives, leadership and workshop training, and supports Program Office and co-curricular operations and events. Erikson is a program and student organization advisor, and also oversees the MBA Student Government Associations. Erikson has a B.A. in Communications and German with a minor in Psychology from Albion College in Michigan, a business certificate from HBX CORe, and an M.A. in Higher Education Administration from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor.
Thomas serves as an Assistant Director in the MBA Program Office. She is is a program and student organization advisor. Thomas has worked in higher education for 10 years at the University of Maryland, College of Computer, Mathematical, and Natural Sciences. She holds a bachelors degree from the University of Maryland in Economics and an MBA from the Robert H. Smith School of Business with a focus in non-profit management. Thomas was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and is, of course, a Steelers fan.
McGrath serves as an Assistant Director in the MBA Program Office. She is a program and student organization advisor who supports the international student population and oversees various academic processes such as cross-registration and exam coordination. Prior to Georgetown, she served as an academic advisor for international students at American University and supported orientation initiatives at the University of Notre Dame. McGrath earned her B.A. in Communications and International Studies from Boston College and her M.A. in International Education from NYU. She is a native Long Islander and former college swimmer who enjoys spending time at the beach and traveling.
Mary Dare Martin
Martin serves as program manager for the MBA Program Office. Martin provides integral support services to a variety of initiatives, such as student organizations, orientation, events, exams, alumni outreach, office operations, and more. Martin graduated from North Carolina State University in May 2019 with a B.A. in Media Communication and double minors in journalism and English. She enjoys coffee, trips to Trader Joe’s, and binge watching the show Friends.
