Prepare for Your MBA Application With a Complimentary GMAT Test Simulation

The MBA programs at Georgetown’s McDonough School of Business require a test score as part of the application process in order to assess a candidate’s readiness for MBA-level coursework. However, for those entering the program with additional experience or quantitative skills, the program also offers a test waiver policy to candidates who qualify under the predetermined criteria.

In order to leverage the waiver policy, Full-time MBA candidates must apply for a Full-time MBA test waiver. Flex and Flex MBA Online candidates do not need to apply for a test waiver but must meet the eligibility criteria for the waiver option. If candidates do not qualify for the test waiver, they must submit a test score from GMAT, GRE, or Executive Assessment.

The McDonough MBA Admissions Committee does not have a preference regarding the type of exam score you submit, but they encourage you to select the exam type that best fits your skill set in order to complete a competitive application. We encourage you to review current class profiles to evaluate the average test scores and ranges of incoming cohorts: Full-time MBA, Flex MBA, and Flex MBA Online.

For those who plan to take the GMAT Exam, the Georgetown MBA program now offers a complimentary GMAT Test Simulation tool to help candidates prepare and understand the estimated score they may receive on the exam. Candidates may choose between three versions of the test: micro test (33 minutes), mini test (68 minutes), or full test (138 minutes).
