Georgetown’s Executive Master of Business Administration in Dubai engages executives and managers who want to advance their regional and international business capabilities and gain a deeper understanding of how to lead public or private organizations in the Middle East, North Africa, and South Asia (MENASA) region and beyond. Participants who successfully complete the program receive an MBA degree from Georgetown University.

The rigorous curriculum is designed to prepare you for the global stage. Conveniently located at our Dubai DIFC location, you will learn from Georgetown’s top faculty who will travel to Dubai for the monthly class sessions. You also will gain hands-on consulting knowledge through the Global Business Experience, build your network of over 200,000 Georgetown alumni around the world, and receive individualized support from the Career Center at Georgetown’s McDonough School of Business.

Academics

Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business faculty designed the Executive MBA Dubai for working professionals who wish to earn an advanced business degree without interrupting their careers. With classes conveniently scheduled in-person for four consecutive days per month at our Dubai DIFC location, working professionals are able to complete the rigorous program in 20 months.

In the first year, you will master the fundamentals of business. The second year is tailored with students completing courses in three broad areas focused on the region and the future of business, as well as five electives. Additionally, there will be four required week-long residency-based courses located at a combination of Georgetown’s Washington, D.C. campus and our Dubai location.

Career

All Executive MBA Dubai students have access to the Georgetown McDonough Career Center, which will provide individualized executive and leadership coaching. Our in-region and U.S. based coaches help students evaluate their leadership journey through 1:1 meetings where coaches help students identify their goals and elevate their work styles and professional outcomes.

Lana Dajani

Lana Dajani

Director of Admissions & Business Development, Executive MBA Dubai

As the director of admissions and operations for Georgetown’s Executive MBA Dubai program, Lana Dajani leads admissions, recruitment, marketing, and program operations. She has more than 14 years of experience in higher education and the private sector. Prior to joining Georgetown, she worked for Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business in Dubai. Her experience includes business development, admissions, operations, strategic planning, and recruitment. Dajani also is the author of two children’s books. She is a graduate of Georgetown University, with a B.S. in foreign service and an M.A. in international law.
