FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Where will the interviews take place?

On campus inerviews are conducted in the MBA Career Management Office, Suite 210 located at 3520 Prospect Street, NW. If you are delayed for any reason, please contact us by calling (202) 687-3741.  The building is only accessible from Prospect Street; M Street doors are locked at all times.

What time will interviews begin?

Check-in begins at 8:15 am. Typical interview schedules begin at 9:00 am and end at 5:00 pm.

Where do I check in upon arrival?  

The Career Management staff will be at the Interview Suite at 8:15 am to assist you with check-in. We will ask for one business card from each interviewer to post for students. We will provide you with an interview packet containing a final interview schedule, candidate resumes and Interview feedback forms.  Continental breakfast will be provided.

If your schedule begins later in the day, you can check-in at the Front Desk of Suite 210 and our staff will escort you to the appropriate interview suite.  

If I take a cab to campus, will there be assistance in arranging transportation at the end of the day?

Please notify the Front desk at least 1 hour prior to your desired departure time and we will make these arrangements.

Are there phones/data ports available for my use?

Each interview room has a phone available. You will need a phone card for long distance calls.  All interview rooms are wireless accessible as well as hard wired for high-speed internet access. A temporary Ethernet cable is available at upon request.

How can I receive messages?

The Career Management staff will take messages for you and deliver them to your room. The Interview Suite phone number is (202) 687-3741. Faxes can be sent to (202) 687-8719. All faxes will be delivered to your interview room upon receipt. Our team can also assist you with sending faxes.

Is there anything else I need to know?

Continental breakfast and lunch will be served in the Recruiters' Lounge, and we will provide a menu and lunch options for your entire team. Other refreshments will be available throughout the day.
