Georgetown University Exchange Programs

Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business offers numerous opportunities for undergraduate study abroad, encompassing partnerships with more than 70 foreign universities and colleges in 35 countries. Most programs are completed during the third year of study and include options for fall semester, spring semester, full academic year, or summer programs.

ESADE Summer Program: Global Entrepreneurship and International Marketing
The Georgetown - Escuela Superior de Administracion y Direccion de Empresas (ESADE) Summer program offers Georgetown business students the rare opportunity to study entrepreneurship and international marketing at one of the world's most prestigious business schools. This five-week program combines intensive classroom instruction with cultural activities and visits to key centers of economic activity, with particular emphasis on the many small local businesses that play a vital role in Barcelona's economy and exemplify the city's entrepreneurial environment. 
 
Oxford Summer Program: Comparative Strategic Management
Georgetown University's Summer Program in Comparative Strategic Management at Oxford University is a six-week program that gives students the opportunity to advance their knowledge of management and international finance. Students partake in lectures and traditional Oxford tutorials at Trinity College, as well as visit such preeminent businesses as PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Goldman Sachs, and the Bank of England to gain insights to commerce from a non-American perspective. Shanghai Summer Program: Intercultural Communication
Georgetown University, jointly with the Fudan University in Shanghai, conducts a five-week summer program on intercultural communication and comparative business with a special focus on the Asia-Pacific market. This program provides students with a basic understanding of strategic business management and intercultural communication in the Pacific context.
