Undergraduate Case Competitions

Each year, McDonough students participate in case competitions in distinguished universities across the globe. Participating in business case competitions offers students the opportunity to develop and enhance their analytical abilities, critical thinking, oral presentation, and communication skills. In addition, participation in various case competitions not only allows students with an extraordinary opportunity to expand their global network but also enables them to develop their leadership and persuasive abilities.

Students interested in representing the Georgetown McDonough in the upcoming case competitions, please email Monija Amani, Senior Assistant Dean.

Each spring, the McDonough School of Business also hosts the McDonough Business Strategy Challenge (MBSC) international case competition. Up to 20 student teams are invited from prestigious national and international schools for five days where students get the opportunity to engage in team building, activities, cultural excursions, and academic seminars, in addition to focusing on a business challenge from a non-profit organization.
