Kerry Pace

Kerry Pace

Associate Dean, MBA Programs

Dean Pace is responsible for achieving the strategic mission of the MBA Program Office at Georgetown’s McDonough School of Business, which is to create a transformational and overall exceptional experience for MBA students. In her role, Pace oversees student support services for the Full-time and Flex MBA Programs and works closely with the Program Office team to help guide academic advising and monitor students’ academic progress. She also drives initiatives focused on diversity and inclusion, gender equity, and leadership development. She is particularly focused on ensuring MBA students have opportunities for reflection and holistic growth while at McDonough. Pace has supported and advocated for graduate students at Georgetown University for over twenty years. She received a bachelor’s degree in religious studies and political science from Indiana University and a master’s degree in higher education from Louisiana State University.

Lisa Kahn

Lisa Kahn

Assistant Dean, Academics

Lisa leads the development and execution of academic strategies, policies, and procedures for MBA students and the MBA Program Office team. Her role oversees the implementation of resources that help students succeed in the classroom from Opening Term through graduation. She provides strategic direction on curriculum changes and creation of new credentials. Prior to her arrival at Georgetown McDonough in 2014, Kahn worked at Johns Hopkins University’s School of Advanced International Studies in both student life and academic affairs. She began her career in academic affairs at Harvard University. Kahn received a bachelor’s in psychology and government from Dartmouth College and master’s in higher education from Harvard University. She also holds an Executive Certificate in Strategic Diversity and Inclusion Management from Georgetown University’s School of Continuing Studies. She grew up in New Jersey, and enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, and watching tennis and baseball.

Juliana Olm

Juliana Olm

Assistant Dean, Strategy & Operations

Juliana provides strategic and operational guidance to the MBA Program Office. Her role oversees critical operations, finance, global experiential learning, events, co-curriculum experience (student organizations), DEI initiatives, and student data collection/analysis. She uses her previous experience as an international student to support our international student community. Juliana joins the Georgetown team after 12 years of global experience in consulting, technology, and higher education sectors. Her previous professional experience includes time at Deloitte, the Olympic & Paralympic Games, Education and technology startups, and William & Mary’s Raymond A. Mason’s School of Business. Juliana earned a BS from Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing in Brazil and an MBA from William & Mary. She is fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, and has also studied French. Juliana visited 38 countries and lived in 5 of them. She loves to explore the global food in the DC area with her family.

Brad Jamieson, MBA program team

Brad Jamieson

Director, Academics

Brad manages academic support, and also serves as an advisor for our MBA students. He takes the lead on organizing academic preparation resources, evaluating student success, and implementing new degree and certificate curricula. Prior to joining Georgetown, Brad taught management courses at American University and Michigan State University, and has worked as a business researcher, management consultant, and operations manager. His previous research and teaching focused on leadership, training and development, group and team dynamics, and strategic human resource management. He has a bachelor’s degree in human resource management from the University of Mount Olive, an International MBA from the University of South Carolina, and a master’s degree in business research from Michigan State University. Outside of work, Brad enjoys computer games, hiking, fantasy hockey, and taking road trips to find great barbeque and ice cream.

Nick Bondy

Nick Bondy

Director, Operations

Nick manages operations for student organizations and also serves as an academic and organizational advisor. He has a particular focus on streamlining student organization budgeting and finance operations, as well as optimizing student surveys. Nick is joining the Georgetown team after spending the past 5 years working in various EdTech startups that collaborated with educational institutions to improve the student experience. His primary experience is in business development, marketing, and partnership management. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Detroit Mercy and a Master’s in Global Entrepreneurial Management, a joint program between the University of San Francisco, IQS School of Management in Barcelona, Spain, and Fu Jen Catholic University in Taipei, Taiwan. He loves traveling around the U.S. and the world and has been to 30 states and 25 countries.

Laura Erikson

Laura Erikson

Associate Director

Laura has worked at Georgetown University since 2016. She leads student organization operations and initiatives, leadership and workshop training, and supports the Program Office and co-curricular operations and events. Laura is a program and student organization advisor and also overseas the MBA Student Government Associations. Erikson has a B.A. in Communications and German with a minor in Psychology from Albion College in Michigan, a business certificate for HBX CORe and an M.A. in Higher Education Administration from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor. An avid cycler Laura held the velodrome (cycling) track record in her hometown from 2005-2011.

Heather Schloss

Heather Schloss

Associate Director

Heather takes the lead on MBA exam management, and international student academic support and exchange program initiatives. She also serves as an advisor for our MBA students. Her background is in international program development and management. Prior to joining Georgetown, she had experience implementing international programs funded by the U.S. Department of State and previously advised students on exchange programs across Asia, Oceania, and the United Kingdom. Heather has a bachelor’s in management consulting and psychology from the University of Notre Dame and a master’s in international education from George Washington University. A native Texan, her passion for travel and experiential learning sprang from her experiences studying abroad in South Africa, Australia, Cuba, and Italy. In her free time, Heather enjoys reading, hiking, and exploring new coffee shops around the DC area.

Hunter Stewart

Hunter Stewart

Assistant Director

Hunter Stewart is a program and student organization advisor who supports student organization operations and initiatives, leadership and workshop training, and co-curricular operations and events. He joins the MBA Programs Office after most recently coordinating the Georgetown M.S. in Environment and Sustainability Management (MS-ESM) program, and prior to Georgetown he worked in Residence Life at the University of Pittsburgh. Stewart received his M.A. in Higher Education Administration and B.A. in Public Relations, both from The University of Alabama. He is an avid explorer of good restaurants, good hikes, and good vibes, and can often be found getting lost in Wikipedia.

Anya Kulagina

Anya Kulagina

Assistant Director

Anya is a student advisor who will be focusing on student communications, registration, tutoring and Opening Term. She joins the MBA Program Office from the Office of Advancement Georgetown University Medical Center Engagement team.  From there she brings a diverse professional skill set, ranging from marketing strategy development to event planning, to graphic design, to student and alumni relationship management. Kulagina has a B.A. in International Public Relations with a minor in Russian Area Studies and a M.A. in International Strategic Communication from American University. Anya finds solace in her two cats, playing volleyball, working out, and reading at least 2 books per week. 

Tram Hoang

Tram Hoang

Student Services Program Manager

Tram Hoang serves as the MBA Student Services Program Manager. While ensuring compliance with university policies, she seeks to enhance the MBA student experience by providing daily operations and events support for student leadership and clubs. Before Georgetown, she worked as a Logistics Coordinator and Inventory Manager for a sustainable seafood company. Hoang earned her B.S. in Business Administration and Communications from the University of Mary Washington. She delights in walking around art exhibitions, attending live music shows, camping, and stargazing.

Stephanie Francis

Stephanie Francis

Program Office Coordinator

Stephanie serves as the Program Office Coordinator in the MBA Program Office. As part of her administrative role, she strives to create and promote a welcoming and supportive environment for all who visit the MBA Programs Office suite. Prior to Georgetown, she worked with an international education organization in their admissions department; working with schools like American University and Auburn University. Francis earned her B.A. in Communications and Sociology from Gordon College. A native Bostonian, she enjoys traveling and a good book.
