Anne Kilby

Anne Kilby

Associate Dean, MBA Admissions

Kilby manages the operations vertical within the MBA Admissions department. Kilby has spent 16 years in higher education, mainly in the areas of admissions operations, recruiting, executive education, faculty relations, and strategic marketing. She has worked within a global scope by representing programs internationally at recruiting events and fairs, partnering with universities and clients abroad, and interviewing prospective candidates worldwide. Prior to Georgetown, she was the director of MPA admissions at the University of North Carolina. She also brings seven years of experience from NYU Stern’s Global Executive Programs Office.

Kilby received a Master’s in Public Administration from NYU Wagner’s School of Public Policy, specializing in international policy and management. She also has a bachelor’s degree in political science with a minor in mathematics from North Carolina State University. 

Amanda Wayner

Amanda Wayner

Acting Assistant Dean, MBA Admissions

Wayner is responsible for the marketing technology products used by the MBA and Executive Education teams. She also serves on the MBA Admissions Committee. She originally joined Georgetown McDonough in 2012 and has served in various capacities throughout her tenure. Wayner graduated from Ohio University with a degree in political science. 

Rondha Remy

Director of MBA Recruitment and Diversity Partnerships

Remy manages the recruitment strategy and diversity partnerships for the MBA Admissions program. Prior to joining the MBA admissions team, she served as the Associate Director of Program Management for the M.S. in Business Analytics program at McDonough and also as Program Director for several MPS degree programs in the School of Continuing Studies. Prior to Georgetown, she served as the Assistant Director of Residential Life at Iona University. With 10 years of working in education, Remy has experience working in student leadership, college athletics, academic operations, and youth development within educational non-profit organizations. Remy holds a Master’s in Public Administration and a bachelor’s degree in political science and sociology/anthropology from Long Island University – Brooklyn.

Greg Goulding

Greg Goulding

Associate Director, Data Analytics & Operations

Goulding manages data analytics efforts for the MBA and Executive Education admissions departments, and also serves on the MBA Admissions Committee. Prior to joining Georgetown McDonough, he spent four years at Deloitte helping federal clients improve their data processes and reporting capabilities. Goulding graduated from Georgetown in 2017, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.

Neunighoff, Glen

Glen Nuenighoff

Associate Director, Operations

Nuenighoff provides support in the execution and logistics of application processing for the MBA admissions team. He joined Georgetown McDonough in 2016 after working for two years in federal IT sales. Prior to this, he earned a Bachelor of Science in marketing management from Virginia Tech’s Pamplin College of Business in 2014.

Madison Shields

Madison Shields

Associate Director, Marketing and Communications

Shields supports the marketing and communications team within MBA Admissions. In this role, she helps manage and execute a variety of marketing and communication tactics for the overall recruitment strategy including email, web, and paid media. She also is a member of the MBA Admissions Committee. Prior to joining Georgetown McDonough, she worked in campaign communications for international and national issue advocacy and public affairs firms in Washington, D.C. Shields graduated from Saint Joseph’s University with a Bachelor of Arts in political science.

Briyon Ransome

Briyon Ransome

Senior Assistant Director of MBA Admissions, Flex Online Marketing and Communications

Ransome leads the recruiting and marketing strategy for the MBA Admissions, Flex Online program. She manages and executes the email communication, website, and admitted student welcome strategy. Briyon develops information session presentations and represents the program at recruitment events. She is also a member of the MBA Admissions Committee. Prior to joining Georgetown McDonough, she worked as an Assistant Director of Admissions for recruitment.

Briyon received her Bachelor’s of Fine Arts in Fashion Design and Marketing from American InterContinental University in Atlanta, Ga.

Katherine Chan

Katherine Chan

Senior Assistant Director, Marketing Operations

Chan manages the intersection between marketing and operations communications for the MBA admissions team. In this role, she helps to support marketing operations initiatives and execute strategy related to marketing analytics data. She is also a member of the MBA Admissions Committee. Prior to joining Georgetown McDonough, she worked at a market research firm and her experience includes business development, client services, and learning and development. Chan graduated from the University of Virginia with a Bachelor of Arts in cognitive science and psychology. She is currently pursuing a Master’s in Professional Studies in integrated marketing communications.

Grace Morris

Grace Morris

Assistant Director, MBA Admissions and Partnerships

Grace supports student recruitment and partnership for the MBA programs. In this role, she works with prospective students throughout the application process, manages current students and alumni to support recruitment efforts, builds relationships with current and new external partnerships, and is a member of the MBA Admissions Committee.

Grace has over 6 years of experience in student recruitment and networking in both higher education, as well as, corporate sectors. Her higher education experience includes Syracuse University, and her corporate experience includes Amazon (AWS).

Prior to her professional experience, she earned a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and master’s degree in business.

India Brown

India Brown

Marketing & Events Manager

Brown works to provide event execution, marketing support, and general administrative support to the MBA Admissions team. In this role, she is responsible for planning and implementing various activities that directly serve prospective students to enhance the quality of their experience with the MBA Admissions Office.

Brown brings with her six years of experience in events coordination and higher education admissions. Prior to her professional endeavors, Brown graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she earned bachelor’s degrees in Sociology and Hispanic Literature and Culture. 

Jonathan Crawford

Jonathan Crawford

Operations Manager

Crawford joined the MBA Admissions staff as the Operations Manager in 2022. Along with the Associate Director of Operations, he supports the application process and troubleshoots related systems. Prior to joining Georgetown McDonough, Crawford coordinated the work of an accrediting body for graduate educational programs and supported a scholarship program for the children of U.S. Foreign Service members.

Jonniece Ceruti

Jonniece Ceruti

Admissions and Customer Engagement

Ceruti serves as the initial point of contact between prospective MBA students and the admissions team. She also provides support to the Admissions Committee during the student candidate interview process. Prior to joining Georgetown McDonough, she worked at Fordham University’s Graduate School of Social Service as an executive secretary. Ceruti graduated from Fordham University with a degree in Anthropology and a minor in Sociology.
